Core Purpose

Our core purpose and passion is to build, operate, and improve sites that impact user’s lives. We invest heavily in sites in various startup stages and turn them into standalone, profitable, and useful businesses.

Our portfolio targets high-margin consumer digital sites that have scalable growth potential.

Founded in 2015, Cypress Capital Ventures is actively engaged in expanding our digital footprint. We fundamentally like to invest in business ideas that utilize unusual technology approaches, expand into new markets, or exploit innovative approaches to existing markets. We currently have sites in technology, social, healthcare, and entertainment industries.

We have partnered with some of the best design firms in the world to bring our sites to life. Our partners include Seattle Software Developers, Bill Erickson, Duane Smith Design, and Bourn Creative. Built largely on open source technologies, our time to market, technological flexibility, and obsession with design help to meet the needs of our collective user base.

Our sites address timely, everyday needs where we feel gaps in the market exist. We seize opportunities in markets where technology creates advantages and new solutions for our users. We understand and embrace risk but we prefer technology risk to market risk. We look for rapid innovation cycles where we can evaluate the potential success of the venture quickly.
